Very basic, lacks features, one piece only works with IE

Pro: this editor is very easy to install and administer. If you don't need much, this might be the editor for you.

Cons:

  • I could not figure out how to support heading tags (h2, h3, etc.). This was necessary for the site I was working on.
  • By default, a carriage return generates a < br / > tag instead of wrapping the paragraph in < p > tags. There is an option to generate < p > tags, but IT ONLY WORKS WITH IE. I confirmed it does not work with Firefox. Useless.

Very good

I had a lot of issues with all sorts of text editors like FCKEditor, TinMCE etc. And every time i got issues with pictures disorientation columns not showing in the right place and page break errors. This Editor is easy simple and it really works so far for me. Excellent!!!!

Average.

Perhaps one of the better WYSIWYG editors, but really not that good. Actual editor is bloated and clunky, buttons aren't really extensible, and the preview ignores your theme's CSS. These problems are just for starters....
