Simple and self-explanatory. I had a little trouble finding this module at first because I was searching for things like "webform pre-built taxonomy options" which yielded a bunch of half baked solutions and nothing complete.
There's currently no README.txt in version 6.x-1.0, but it's not really necessary for such a simple module.
