Name might be misleading
You might think, from the name of this module, that it allows you to set a Views block argument as a context reaction for contexts on your site. Unfortunately, it does not do this; it only uses the context.module API. You have to create your own mini-module to use the Views integration it provides. I also got strange error messages in Views when testing it.
A context reaction plugin would make this module "very useful" rather "kinda useful."
