Smooth operator

Feel compelled to complement the author(s) of this handy little module. I'd been wading through the issue queue of Node Import for D6 for way too long and still getting a variety of different errors when trying to import users. In the end, I was able to get the job done in a very short space of time (an hour) with this. Clear interface, easy to map profile fields, a variety of options (like setting roles, creating a custom notification email to your new users, saving a custom import settings) and clearly laid out error log. Thanks!

Big time saver!

This module is easy to use and virtually self-explanatory. It allowed me to enter 170 user accounts (with a custom email notification sent out)in one fell swoop. Took about 2 1/2 minutes to complete.

Ironically, the bigger task was generating the CSV file to use with this. If also allows for you to enter Profile info at the same time.

Note: I ran it using a user account form (admin/user/user/create) that had been customized and consequently some of the Profile fields were not available, but hey!
