I have installed this module and translated a bit of interface, and I hit one serious flaw: the user is still presented the button on the product page after they've added the product into their wishlist.
I believe they should be shown something else, a test message at least which says "this item is in your wishlist." (Or whatever a native speaker would say! :-) )
