Ubercart PDF Invoice

Order View: The main view, which contains all elements.
Order Line View: This view creates a table of all order lines inside of an order. This is needed, because we can have only one style (table / unformatted) per view.
Order List View: This view replace the default order listing in the user account. Is is used to add the link to the PDF invoice.
