This module adds a simple to use tweet option which can be presented with the links under nodes (or teasers). You can decide if you want a icon or a text link and even get your own icon to shown up.
By following the link the user gets directed to twitter where he can login and tweet from his own account. The link to your node gets automatically created by the shorten module which has to be installed also (works well, same maintainer).
Easy to use, works out of the box, reliable maintainer -> great module
