Works like you would expect.

If you're setting up an event calendar for a site that operates in multiple timezones, this module is essential.

You'll probably want to exclude most of the timezones when you set up the field, there are hundreds, and many of them represent the same thing (the author points to PHP here, saying "Note, many timezones exist in PHP only for backward compatibility reasons.").

The interface for excluding timezones is a really long multi-select box, and scrolling through it can be tedious. It's not the ideal way to manage hundreds of timezones, but it works.
