This module adds Terms of Use and a [x] I agree check box to the registration page. In Drupal 6, a required checkbox that's not ticked/checked will bypass validation. This modules works well with no hiccups and doesn't require any complicated configuration. Simple and effective.

This module does exactly what is promised. It is much easier to use than the Legal module.
If you want users to have to accept your ToU upon registration this module is the way to go.
Only minus in my eyes is the fact that there is no real multilingual support but you can somewhat trick acceptable workarounds. Sadly improvements on this are not planned.
Not perfect is the way you could customize the display of your ToU and therefore I only give 3 feature-points.
