Simple solution

Taxonomy Role adds a very simple solution for controlling who should have access to different vocabularies.
It allows to hide a vocabulary based on which role a user has.
You simply have to set the permissions on the permissions page and that is it.
This is the only feature but a very usefull one.

If you want additional Taxonomy features you should explore TAC_Lite and others but this module provides an easy solution for a very specific (and common) problem.
