I like those kind of modules -
What a great simple module. I needed to stop a couple types from being indexed and this did it right out of the box in 10 minutes! Perfect!
I compared this module's code with the Restricted Search module. They both appear to do the same thing, but Search Config's implementation is much cleaner. If you need a simple way to stop certain content types from being indexed and searched, I recommend this module.
The features this module provides should be included in core!
