Kosada uses this module a lot for various clients who want to administer their own communities of users. We've found it useful for everything from intranets to open communities, small enterprises and large ones. It's great to be able to let users admin other users without granting them full admin access. I particularly like the fact that you can select which roles can be administered by which other roles, so you can easily create a hierarchy of users.
