The Primary Term modules allows you to specify which taxonomy term should be the "primary" term for a node. For nodes that can have multiple terms from a single vocabulary, a primary term can specify which summary page the node should be listed on, which theme template to apply, etc. Recent Development After... Needed just this type of functionality and the module works just how you'd expect. Read the readme file to get up and going quick. Also note for all the pathauto users. You can use [primary-term] as a token so that your urls use the primary term instead!
