Node Gallery 2.x Upgraders: If you're upgrading a 2.x site you are strongly recommended to apply the upgrade on a test instance first. Your data is safe -- the upgrade hasn't lost any data yet, but any custom views you've created will need redone, and custom theming will likely need reworked. However,... [More...]

NG3 rocks hard

The NG3 branch is THE SOLUTION for galleries in D6. The module comes feature-rich but works very well out-of-the box. The documentation is exemplary and the add-on modules enhance an awesome module even more. It integrates very well with views and is highly customizable.

This module is very newbie-friendly yet feature rich for advanced users.

USE IT!

Excellent!

After trying almost all the modules pertaining to creating a gallery in D6, I must say this certainly is one of the best module, which achieve its said purpose.

Excellent module ... excellent documentation. Can be set up within an hour. So far I've been able to configure every functionality mentioned in the documentation; just a little apprehensive as the module and most of its related module still don't to be stable.

Having said that, so far I've myself haven't come across any such bug or error.

Thank you once again for all your hard work and giving us a wonderful product!

Drupal Rocks even better with Node Gallery

This is a great module for photo gallery management. Yes, it is still in heavy development and received a recent re-write as well.. But look past rapid development progress and see what lies at it's core. Drupal nodes, comments, taxonomy and most all cool things in Drupal core. It has Lightbox2 functions for that extra neat look and uses Imagecache to control photo displays. There are many features..

Yes i gave it a 3 on features, and could very well be a 5. But I feel it's realistic since I know that some important features will be added such as bulk upload and a short list of small but nice features will find their way in with time.

I have tried many of the galleries for Drupal in the 12 months.. Now the search is done. Node Gallery comes as close to core way of doing things as you can find.

The alpha10 version is working great, and the dev version is just a touch better. The developers are working on a few features and little bugs before moving to beta.. But don't let progress slow you down, load it and enjoy a photo gallery in your website today. I personally have it 4 websites so far.

Conceptually strong

This module is really strong in concept, and the best gallery for drupal. I would recommend every body to try it first!! With Image, lightbox2 modules installed you will have a very nice and strong image solution.

Bunch of thanks to its author!
