Nice little module which lets you convert from one content type to another.
I did use it to convert products in my Ubercart shop which had a wrong tax amount attached to it (which is in Ubercart attached to your content type).
Had some problems converting all the fields that where in the shop but the basic fields are converted what saved me a ton off work.
