Adding menu items out-of-the-box in Drupal is a pain. The Menu Editor module makes it super easy. The only quirk I saw was when I click on the "description" box for a menu item that the page ends up repositioning a bit but I can live with that!
Simple and easy to use module. It really speeds up the work flow for creating your menu's.
I hope it will become part of the core(it should).
For a multilingual site with around 30 entries for 6 languages, and menus that change a little every two months, this module is a great addition.
The beauty of it is it doesn't practically modify anything, it just changes a few data fields to allow for a quicker edition/creation/deletion of menu entries.
I love this, makes editing menus much faster. I've had no problems at all with it so far.
I wish something like this existed for CCK to speed up add/remove/edit fields!
