Once installed (go to "site configuration" > "input formats", then for "filtered HTML" or "full HTML" go to "configure" > "Link Node Filter") this module does exactly what it needs to do. In your content write [node:1,"Welcome"] which results in a link like "{a href='http://mysite.com/node/1'}Welcome{/a}"
