Options: Add a review
1. Front-end page is accessed via: /letter
2. If a paper doesn't exist within range, the system still sends you through to the next page.
3. No option to edit the writing tips or add suggestions or talking points via the GUI.
4. Would be nice to capture more information about the letter writer before continuing (address, phone, etc) for data collection purposes.
5. "Show all" doesn't work, so I have to assume something is wrong with the SQL on the backend... Taking a look.
