Just download the correct version, read the readme.txt file that came with the download(different versions require different formats), and run it.
No problem.
3 for features, because it doesn't brew coffee.
I'm not sure what tricks this module requires to work, but for something as simple as it is, it seems to take more effort to get it functional than it should. I used it with D6 and after activating the module I couldn't get the cut and paste examples from the documentation to do anything. I probably could have figured it out after a little more time, or I could just write a few lines of php in a block and be done with it, which was faster for me. At least there was documentation.
