As co-maintainer and user assume this module stable. I'm using this at production. There's still no support for user's pictures for nodes and working on better integration with panels 3. Picture updates still issue for core not this module.
This did not sink up images, so on uploading new images users will often have one image of the new type and another on another area. Not recommended at this time. I hope it becomes better!
Before you install or run this module, you will need to create a two new ImageCache presets first, or you'll get some funny errors, and maybe go crazy trying to figure out what is wrong. Maybe there's a more elegant way to include this information, but hey, we all read the Readme files, right?
Otherwise this is a very hand module and makes custom user pictures easy.
