Limited flexibility

You can only create one FAQ section and it exists on one page. You can't have separate FAQ sections on different pages. You can however make FAQ categories using taxonomy, and use PHP snippets in your page templates to place a category FAQ on any page. This is however not user friendly and a bit awkward. The other problem with this module is it isn't especially well suited for SEO as you can't use tokens to construct category aliased URLs - you're stuck with mysite.com/faq. It provides some nice javascript actions for opening and collapsing question/answer pairs, but I think this could be achieved in a custom content type (CCK) using a fieldgroup for each question/answer pair, and with CCK you could then make any number of FAQ type pages and have great SEO too.

Smooth, essential and integrates nicely

Looking for an FAQ, this is it. Allows configuration into the most obvious ways to present an FAQ and more. Once configured Qs are added under create content as supposed under the Drupal platform. 10 minutes of setup and you are adding your first Q&A. On sites where FAQ is justified, this is a must have. Applause from here. Might qualify for core on equal terms as forum and blog!

Knowing Drupal you won't have any issues. New to Drupal you may need to look around to find what you need. Small issue: Two links added to navigation bar for this module. 1 goes to create content, which you probably don't want in primary menu, 2 goes to the FAQ view, that you probably want in prim, Sec menu (path: "/faq")

Excellent Module

I used it on my website and it works perfectly. I made 5 categories and used the sliding effect to open the answers. Best of all, the installation was extremely easy. Thank you for a great module!
