Did not work as expected

I tried the 7.x-1.0 version in January 2012.

There was no link within the Drupal admin menu to configure this module, and the instructions included in the Readme file were incorrect.

I found a forum entry drupal.org which enabled me to manually type in the configuration page address and add a jQuery id for the block I wanted to float. The effect worked in Firefox, but the block completely disappeared in Chrome. I tried the id for the whole sidebar region instead, which made the block appear in both browsers, but made it jump around and blink erratically as I scrolled.

Blocks made to float with this module do not support horizontal scrolling or re-sizing the browser window narrower than the page content. The block either covers over node content or jumps off the side of the screen.
