Amazing module

Worked perfectly for what I wanted to do. Module is well maintained, easy to extend and well documented

Just Great!

I wish I'd known this module several years before. It's easy to use, flexible and well integrated with VIEWS and other modules. And together with e.g. RULES module, it's a kind of swiss army knife, capable to replace many dedicated modules, with nearly unlimited possibilities. For me, this belongs to drupal's top ten contributed modules!

Works great with Rules

Being able to flag nodes for one reason or another is a useful thing, but it becomes even more useful when flagging can trigger other events.

Imagine being able to send an email or run some code whenever a user flags a node. Flag combined with the Rules module lets you do just that!

If you're willing to dig deep into Flag and Rules, you can create some very advanced features without having to write a new module.

Awesome!

I second everything that sun wrote.

3rd generation in core

Flag is even more simple than other de-facto core modules like CCK, Views, and Panels. You can flag pretty much everything, use it for favorites, flag contents for moderation, track most flagged contents, flag users or contents as abusive, or just mark everything you'd like to mark/flag/tip on your site. Flag just does this, in a perfect manner.

Let's wait for another generation of the module, and move it into Drupal core afterwards! :)

Great

This module simply works. Think of it as a fully extensible 'sticky' system. Just as you can flag a node as sticky, with this module, you can setup any number of custom flags.

By default, this module as a link to $node->links which allows you to 'flag' and 'un-flag' the node via ajax. Of course through the UI, you can control exactly what text should be outputted for each state.

The beautiful thing about this module is its integration with views and actions. Through views, you can make a flag act like 'sticky' or only show flagged nodes.

Flagging is also a trigger for actions. Meaning that you can execute any number of actions whenever a node is flagged or unflagged. With the combination of actions and views, it seems like there is always a use for this module.

The only complaint I have is that this module only accepts binary data. You cannot create, for example, a three way flag. Of course, this could be done with taxonomy, which brings up an interesting point of if this module should use taxonomy. However, given its current state, this module is amazing.

Editors Pick

I was looking for something like "Editors Pick" or "Tip of the Day", today I finally found it.
It´s very easy to install and configure.

So if you are looking for something to flag your content as something special, so any user regognize this right away, this is the module for you.
