Simple module that is simple to use

Good easy to understand documentation that has been prepared for you to read and understand.

Module works great.

Good stuff.

Far too limiting

Probably better to use the voting API or something from the start. Simple module, lacking any meaningful views integration. It's frustrating when you try to show aggregate favorites for example.

Simple, but maybe too simple.

I used this module as the engine for the "Favorite Modules" feature here on DrupalModules. As of this writing, it has a few small bugs, mostly cosmetic issues dealing with paths (I plan to submit patches).

There is room for improvement with respect to how favorite lists are displayed, but this is easy to address by overriding the theme functions in your template.

Overall, this module does its job well, but could use a few more advanced features, like a built-in "Top Favorites" block/page, or a way to see who has favorited a specific node.
