This module integrates the Facelift Image Replacement (Flir) project into Drupal. It provides an administration page that allows you to define the jQuery selector(s) to replace text with images as well as what font to use. This modules is pretty solid and does what it says pretty well, but it needs more granular options, for example disabling FLIR on the admin pages to speed them up. But overall its a very stable image replacement module for the most simple drupal sites.
