Here is a good example of how this module (along with others) can enable participation and quick feedback on Agenda Items and user's Proposals for the agenda of next meetings: Rule2Gether application.
The module works as a dashboard containing the meeting agenda, and user proposals, with several ordering/filtering options. This work was done by the Telematics Freedom Foundation.
