Cumulus allows you to display your site's tags using Flash that rotates them beautifully in 3D. It works like a regular tag cloud, but is more visually exciting. Used it on my Dorks and Corks site for the block at the bottom. Love that you can change colors to fit the theme, love that it displays tags as links, wish I could have them go to different places or do different things.
Cumulus is a nice module we currently use on a lot of sites. Sadly it seems that it is not maintained actively anymore. A real downside is that the flash movie is added in a way that it will not be cachable by the browser. I hope it gets patched and really shines some day!
Seems to work fine, but lacks support for central european fonts (polish in my case).
