I installed the module and was fairly pleased. The module creates password cck fields just as advertised. Unfortunately, there is a functionality issue when you make a password field required. For security (I assume), the password value is not set as the #default_value on edit pages. This causes problems if the field is required. However, this is a bug currently being worked on and I look forward to trying this module again soon!
