Just keep on walking folks. Don't waste your time with this incomplete, badly documented module.
A perfect example of 'not having the end user in mind'. Designed and built solely for the person who built it.
It doesn't work for anyone else and will just waste your time.
So far I have not been able to get this module to work. Once you upload the module it says its dependent on cck_time - which I am not even able to locate and another module that doesn't have a 6.x release. It's unfortunate, because this is what I'm looking for to book VITA tax appointments.
