No Regrets

I have no regrets for giving this module a rating so low. On top of that, this is the reason why I registered. I wanted users to know what they would be getting into if they decided to use this module.

I needed a method for people having their own book pages. To this end, the module worked. There were several flaws that I couldn't find answers to after months of trying, and without turning it into my own code, it just isn't likely to get any better.

For starters, personal books had to be selected as such. If you submitted the book prior to marking personal, users then lost the book. An admin would have to retrieve it for them.

Secondly, the old books link was still active.

Finally, there was no way to separate books and have a public/personal/hidden books lists. It was simply an additional link that carried an additional field with it, and nothing more.

If you're looking to allow users to have their own personal books, don't use this module. I appreciate the author's hard work and will revisit and re-review at a later date, with the next release for sure. It has potential, but is severely lacking in its current stages.
