I recently moved a blog from Wordpress to Drupal, and was really missing the reliability of Akismet. Then I found this module and decided to try it with the Typepad service. And it all works brilliantly.
I know that Mollom offers more functionality for monitoring all kinds of users and content, but it needs a fair bit of configuration and maintenance. Because my site is a simple blog, I'm only really interested in trapping spam comments, and AntiSpam is perfect for that.
