I'm a developer of a GPL-based Drupal module that lets you add a reservation system to a website but one that needs an account with our commercial service, planyo.com.
Is there anyway I can submit our module (more info here).

If you submit your module to Drupal.org, it will get indexed here. The system is entirely geared towards using Drupal.org as a data source, so adding 3rd party modules wouldn't be possible without rewriting a lot of code.
Alternatively, we are looking for site sponsors. If you have an advertising budget, it's probably the lowest cost way to reach a large audience of Drupal users:
