Hello,
since some weeks I've noticed that the search results in the module finder are limited to 10 pages maximum. Even a search "a" in the title field result in 10 pages (should be much much more...).
Is that limitation a bug or are there maybe performance reasons for this?
I miss to stroll through e.g. all Administration modules available. I found many intersting modules this way. But it's not possible anymore... :(

Yes, results are limited to 10 pages for performance reasons. Very few people look past page one, so I felt this was a good compromise.
If you really want to see everything, take a look at the category list:
